I ordered the second time at the Shop, different models for LotR in Scale 28mm. Sadly in both orders, about 7 products, just one had the promised 28mm scale. All other models were in scale 32mm, except one which was in a scale like 35mm+... just wierd, because there is no such a scale in tabletop and I ordered the offered 28mm. I wrote the support, but they just did not care. They were not willing to solve their mistakes. Furthermore their support said, I would have to pay extra if I want future models in the 28mm scale (which again, is the scale which is listed in the product descriptions).
The models designs are good, the delivery time was one time slow, one time fast.
The products did not match the product description. The products did not match my expectations. The support was horrible. No defects-rights. Do not recommend.
